We utilized the gotta go portable trailer for our Canton Christmas Festival. I would like to praise the customer service staff for being so professional and always being available to answer any questions or problems we had. They were always available to us day and night. I would also like to commend the maintenance staff and everyone who physically had to put the trailer in place, cleaning and disinfecting it each week and all other staff that was involved. This was an excellent service to utilize, especially during this "corona" time, for our outdoor activities. Gotta Go Site Service Rentals is the best there is! I reached out to Lauren regarding an event I was on the committee for in early December. She took time to ask about the event, what we were doing, and how she could help. She was incredibly insightful with what service rentals we needed to make our event a success. The delivery crew was right on time (if not early) to set up. The crew placed everything where we requested and cleaned everything once more. Ken took time to walk me through the portable bathroom trailer which was helpful. I guarantee the next time I am helping with an event I will call Gotta Go!

I have never had a better restroom trailer than the one we got from Gotta Go Portables. It was clean, had great soap, plenty of tp. Also the extras, such as radio, the control app, and of course the TVs were an added bonus. The owners are also great people and were very kind and on time for delivery.
